Nearly Half of Jobs Online are Fake?

Whoa..... Let's take a look at this.

Ummmmmm 🤔 So first we had "80% of the jobs are not even online" and now it's all GHOST POSTINGS - at 43%?

Are nearly half of the jobs online fake? Listen to what Amanda Goodall, The Job Chick has to say about it:

Which is it? My experience? It's neither. From a company perspective, over posting jobs that aren’t actually available risks damaging the company’s reputation. It makes it impossible to find candidates. Will some companies bump up numbers or try to build up a pipeline pool of candidates, sure, it happens. But this? I live in this sector - I speak to HR leaders. They can't find qualified candidates. Are we really expected to believe that there is some secret department posting hundreds of erroneous job ads for these companies and HR wasn't let in on the secret?

How bad is the job market then if these numbers are just fluffed up BS? Why is it being reported that people are getting interviews and then it abruptly quits-- who is paying these BS overstuffed Hiring Bills? Seriously... fire them immediately.THEN you have to ask yourself are all these 'recruiters's attached to these fake AI profiles or something? It's a rabbit hole and a lot of media hype. That's my 2 pennies for ya... But if this ghosting drama is really, true - Who TF is to blame here? Wanna safeguard yourself from this nonsense? Use your network.
