Jan 2025 everyone is back in office. No more hybrid 3 days.

To me, this means one of 2 things. Either they really have those metrics to show productivity or they could be bringing everyone back in for performance measures to figure out next plans to restructure and automate? What do you think?

I love working remote and traveling. Running my own company I have that freedom, but how do you feel about corporations demanding RTO?
